For every purchase made through the Mariaelena Jewels online store, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, free of charge, within fourteen (14) days. Products to be returned must be in their original, intact condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Please note that earrings for pierced ears may only be returned unworn, for hygiene and safety reasons. The above-mentioned period begins from the date of receipt of the products. Shipping and insurance costs are borne by the consumer.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, consumers must complete and send to Mariaelena Jewels, together with the returned product in its original packaging, the special withdrawal form (available here), or send it electronically to [email protected]. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, consumers are required to return the product in its original, sealed packaging to Mariaelena Jewels, and the company is obliged to refund the payment within thirty (30) days using the same method by which the payment was made.

In any case, for better service and faster processing of refunds, consumers are kindly requested to contact Mariaelena Jewels before exercising their right of withdrawal, in order to inform the company of their intention. The parcel must be accompanied by the original receipt or invoice of purchase.

If the return is due to an unintentional error on the part of Mariaelena Jewels, and the consumer has informed the company without delay so that the issue can be verified, the cost of return shipping and reshipping of the correct product shall be borne by Mariaelena Jewels. In this case, in order for the company to cover the shipping costs, the user must contact Mariaelena Jewels at [email protected] to receive instructions for returning the product, and the company will proceed with the necessary technical and accounting actions to cover the relevant expenses.
