Our company’s products are available for as long as they appear on our website with the indication “In Stock” or “Available,” and the offer remains valid while stocks last.

Our jewelry is handmade and crafted from high-quality silver, often using special semi-precious stones or customized sizes to meet the personal needs and preferences of our customers. For this reason, some products may not be immediately available for shipment.

In cases where a piece of jewelry is not ready for delivery, 5–20 business days are required for its production and preparation for shipping. You will be promptly informed of the estimated shipping date upon completion of your order. Our goal is to ensure that the jewelry you receive fully meets our high standards of quality and aesthetics.

You can check product availability at the time you place your order. In the event that a product becomes out of stock immediately after your order is placed, you will be notified by our customer service department via written message, phone call, or email. After communication with our representative, your account/shopping cart will be automatically credited, and you will be able to place a new order.

If you wish, you may also request to be informed about the product’s possible restocking in the future. In this case, our representative will keep your contact details and notify you as soon as the item becomes available again, asking whether you would still like to complete your order.
