We process orders within the next business day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) from the time they are received by Mariaelena Jewels.
If the products in your order are available, under the conditions stated above, and the order is placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m., it is delivered to the postal/courier services for shipment within the same business day (excluding Saturday and Sunday) that processing is completed.
For orders within Greece, and depending on the delivery address, products are shipped via courier services, under the terms governing the operation of the service.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location, volume, and weight of the order. They are automatically added to the order form completed by the user and are defined as follows:

Free shipping for orders over €80 within Greece.
For orders delivered within Greece, the estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days.
Customers located in Chalkida also have the option to collect their orders from our store at:

For orders outside the European Union, taxes, duties, and customs charges may apply depending on the destination country, and these are borne by the customer.
Please note that the production time for products that are not immediately available is 10–25 business days.
In the event of a delay in the delivery of ordered products, Mariaelena Jewels shall be liable only in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
For products that are “available upon order,” the order will be shipped after the 10–25 business day production period, according to the shipping method selected by the customer.
